Just a decent option for a city trip in Pattaya with fantastic value for money. The mini fridge in the room was a nice convenience for chilling drinks. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries as they don't provide much.

Had a decent time at Natural in Pattaya, the location's spot on for beach trips and local eats! Rooms were roomy and kept clean. Just wished the Wi-Fi was more reliable and the bed a bit comfier, but overall a solid experience.

There are some downsides. Water pressure in the shower is lackluster, making it a chore to rinse off, and the bathroom gets soaked thanks to the short shower curtain. The beds are uncomfortably hard, robbing you of a good night's sleep. Don't expect any toiletries beyond a single soap. you'll need to bring your own. And let's not forget the sporadic Wi-Fi—it's here one minute and gone the next, especially in the evenings. The fridge was temperamental, and while they provide daily towel service, it came with a funky, damp smell.

My room was less than clean, but I finally settled for a night after many frustrating offers.

Let's say the only thing worth upgrading were my arm muscles from lugging my suitcase up three flights of stairs! And the smell—was I staying in a hotel or a smoker's den?

Spent 4 nights in a standard double room. The location is super convenient, right by the beach. But man, the staff were pretty rude at check-in, and the room had a musty smell. The bathroom could use some TLC too. Tried the restaurant, which was decent! Just wish it went smoother.

The standard double room came with unexpectedly hard beds, making sleep a real struggle throughout the stay. Water pressure in the shower was dissatisfying, and the sporadic Wi-Fi connection often left me disconnected, especially in the evenings. the homemade pastries at breakfast were a delightful treat, adding a special touch to the meal. finding my room smelling of stale cigarettes was quite off-putting for a non-smoking request.
